RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Free advice before purchase: We always want our customers to be happy and are happy to answer any questions regarding the suitability of the product you ordered for your intended application. Please be aware that many of our items are large and cannot be mailed, so returning goods may be costly. So if you are unsure, please ask!

Refund Policy: Displays Outlet wants to offer you a hassle free way to return any product so you can return the item to us within 30 days of receiving your original order.

If you would like to return your item, please call the Displays Outlet Customer Service Department at 1-855-478-0652 / 1- 855-478-0363 or send an email to [email protected] with your order number for an authorization.

Post-shipment returns must be approved in advance and are subject to round trip shipping charges and a restocking fee.

UNUSED or UNDAMAGED items can be returned in their original packaging with a 15% restocking fee. Items that are not returned in their original packaging and those requiring repackaging will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the invoiced value of the items, excluding shipping charges.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If product damage is found or suspected
• Save ALL packing materials. This includes inner and outer boxes and all packing material.
• If possible, take photos of the damaged product and package.
• Notify us within 3 working days of delivery at 1- 855-478-0652 / 1- 855-478-0363.

Damage not reported within 3 business days after delivery belongs to the customer

Packaging Items for Return: All returned items must be repackaged for protection and returned in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for any damages incurred during return shipping. Damaged returns are not refundable and the customer must file a claim with the carrier. Returned packages must be insured by you for your safety. Initial and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Packaging errors: We make very few packaging mistakes and we are truly sorry if there are any mistakes or omissions. Naturally, we will correct mistakes as quickly as possible. We ask customers to open and check the package within 3 days of receiving orders. If you can’t find an item, remember to empty the bins as some components are better compressed between other items, or they may be under another box.

If we have sent you the wrong item or ordered the wrong item, please make sure to keep the original packaging so that the goods can be returned in perfect condition.

* We are sorry that more than 30 days after the delivery date, claims for errors or omissions cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Products:
• Special production orders.
• Custom packaged or non-standard online catalog products.
• Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer.

Refunds: After agreement, refunds will be processed immediately using the same method as the original payment. Please wait up to 14 days (but usually faster). If you need a Credit Note for your accounts, please state it so we can email it to you.
